History
I grew up on a cattle farm just outside of Nashville, TN. Cattle and agriculture in general have always been a love of mine. I earned an Agribusiness degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 2008.
I started in this industry at age 23 when I was given my first sales territory of Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Like most young people taking their first job, I was excited about the opportunity but also nervous about the unknown. Fortunately, I was in an industry with good people. Through calling on distributors, dealers and ranchers I was able to meet lifelong friends and grow my territory.
Obviously the goal in sales is to grow the business. So, how do you do that in today’s world? I firmly believe that in an ever changing world this is one thing that hasn’t changed all that much. Relationships are the key to success.
After moving back home to Tennessee in 2014 and taking a brief break from sales, I found myself taking on a full-time farming occupation. It wasn’t long after that I agreed to represent my first manufacturer, in a part time capacity, in 2015. From 2019 to 2020 new manufacturers have come on board and given me the opportunity to create my own company.
What to Expect
Honesty and transparency are very important to me. I believe in learning my products and finding their place in the market. I will deliver your products with humility and enthusiasm to prospective buyers. You can expect to have someone who is very driven to grow your business. After all, without sales neither one of us make any money. Together we can determine a strategy for growing your business in the Ag and Vet channels.
